Undisclosed Location

Whenever Cheney needs to lay low, he either goes to an "undisclosed location" or gives a speech to a $2500 per plate - invitation only - no press allowed - hard right group. It's rumored that the "undisclosed location" is a very expensive reinforced bunker under the official VP residence.

We could have saved a lot of money by just putting him on the $25,000,000 Dead-or-Alive list with Bin Laden and Saddam. No one would ever find him then.
